Remote Hotel Customer Service Specialist

Nights and a weekend day required.

PRIMARY PURPOSE : To deliver exceptional service to customers on substantial loss assignments which require coordination of multiple departments and functions; to serve as a resource for all concierge functions and systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
?riages substantial residential and commercial property losses by assessing client needs.
?erves as the point of contact for variety of clientele.
?esponsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating hotel stays within budget provided by insurance company.
?oordinates with other support departments to ensure seamless transactions for clients monitoring the job throughout the entire process to ensure adherence to procedures of the referring client.
?ssists with special projects and training of new colleagues on processes and systems.
?ttendance during scheduled work hours is required.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
?erforms other duties as assigned.
?upports the organization's quality program(s).

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience

Three (3) years of customer concierge or claims customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Skills & Knowledge
?trong knowledge of concierge department systems and processes
?etailed knowledge of other support departments
?emonstrated ability to resolve issues and handle conflict
?etailed knowledge of managed repair strategies and processes
?emonstrated ability to work with other departments to accomplish objectives
?trong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
?C literate, including Microsoft Office products
?trong organizational skills
?xcellent interpersonal skills
?bility to work independently or in a team environment
?bility to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
?i-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
