Position: Bilingual Healthcare Representative

Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in Florida, south of Miami Airport)

Compensation: (17 per hour; )18 per hour for bilingual Spanish/English speakers

?hifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM OR 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM (Availability for both shifts is required)

Job Overview

As a Bilingual Healthcare Representative, you will be instrumental in guiding members through their healthcare benefits, responding to inquiries, and providing essential information regarding their healthcare needs. This role encompasses both inbound and outbound communications, where your exceptional communication skills will ensure that members feel supported and well-informed throughout their interactions.

Key Responsibilities
?anage inbound and outbound calls to support members with their benefits and healthcare-related queries
?esolve consumer inquiries, delivering clear solutions and assistance
?nform members about the status of submitted documents and requests, ensuring they are well-informed
?chieve performance objectives related to efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
?xhibit a robust work ethic by remaining self-motivated and proactively addressing challenges
?oster and maintain positive relationships with members through attentive listening and empathy

Required Skills
?inimum of 1 year of customer service experience
?all center experience is advantageous
?trong communication abilities and the capacity to multitask efficiently
?revious experience in sales or benefits is preferred
? detail-oriented and goal-driven professional who excels in a dynamic environment

Qualifications
?igh school diploma or equivalent required
?t least 1 year of customer service experience essential
?xperience in sales or benefits is a plus
