Job Responsibilities: ? Help to build, maintain, and improve the application that handles authentication, user profiles, wallets, payment processing, sending and receiving transactions, etc. ? Maintain 80% or higher code coverage for both new and existing code ? Mentor young team members and solve tricky technical issues ? Ensure that the organization follows strict code quality standards for PR reviews ? Join the customer's and the mobile application's code bases ?... Together with the product managers, create a team execution strategy for the remainder of the year

Job Requirements: ? Bachelor?s/Master?s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience) ? At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer ? In-depth knowledge of developing and expanding fintech wallets, loyalty programs, cryptocurrencies, and BNPL consumer goods ? 5-7+ years of software engineering experience in FAANG, unicorns, or series A/B-funded startups ? Demonstrable experience using JavaScript and React Native on both iOS and Android ? 2+ years of prior experience managing engineering teams ? Prior experience working on projects with global teams comprising product, design, and marketing teams ? Commitment to succeeding in an ownership-driven culture and a track record of excellence ? Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities ? The ability to make judgments based on values ? Fluent in conversational and written English communication
