Remote Finance Attorney - Practice Support (Non-Partnership Track Position)

Unique opportunity for an experienced Finance Attorney looking for a more flexible role while still working in a law firm setting. We?re working with an AmLaw Finance practice seeking to hire a Finance Practice Support Attorney (can be Remote). This is an exciting opportunity for someone with Finance practice experience who?s ready to leave the demands of a full-time Associate or Counsel position but still wants to contribute meaningfully to a top-tier practice.

Ideal Candidate:
? Law firm practice experience in Banking/Finance transactions, ideally at the Mid/Senior Associate or Counsel levels (experience in fund formation matters helpful as well).
? Experience drafting and negotiating transactional documentation, especially in Finance transactions.
? Strong organizational skills and an interest in mentoring and training junior attorneys.
? Looking for a more flexible role while staying in a law firm environment (great alternative to going in-house).

Key Responsibilities: ? Manage and maintain forms and templates for the practice group. ? Train junior attorneys on diligence processes. ? Negotiate routine transactional documentation involved in Finance transactions, including customary legal opinions, deposit account control agreements, and more. ? Evaluate and test new legal technology to improve efficiency.

Position Highlights:
? Pay Range: $175,000?$225,000
? Flexibility: Fully remote role with a more traditional work schedule. Some travel for training sessions is preferred.
? Office Option: If you prefer an in-office experience, the firm has offices in multiple major cities.
