Key Responsibilities
? Accurately input data into the QuickClaim system utilizing a steady supply of images.
? Identify document types based on supplied documentation.
? Review and validate entered data to ensure compliance with quality standards.
? Uphold confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in adherence to HIPAA regulations.
? Engage professionally with team members as necessary.
? Propose recommendations for process enhancements.
? Complete daily assignments diligently until all tasks are fulfilled.
? Perform additional basic office tasks as assigned.

? Self-driven with a robust work ethic.
? Proficient in multitasking and efficient work practices.
? Exceptional focus and attention to detail.
? Quick to learn and capable of following instructions, whether straightforward or complex.
? Dedication to maintaining the confidentiality of client data.
? Proficient in reading and speaking English.
? Typing proficiency: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy.

Qualifications
? Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent.
? Prior experience in data entry or a related field is advantageous but not essential.

Compensation And Benefits
? Pay Rate: $12 per hour
? Schedule: Part-time and full-time positions available (full-time preferred), with a minimum of 20 hours per week required.
? Shifts: Available shifts range from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
