Remote Customer Service Representative/Call Center

Join the Abacus team and work for one of our top clients based out of the Cockeysville, MD area.

4 weeks of paid in person training - then fully REMOTE! Equipment provided.

Job Duties:
? Answer calls and respond to emails.
? Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email.
? Research required information using available resources.
? Manage and resolved customer complaints.
? Provide customers with product/service information.
? Enter new customer information into the system.
? Route calls to the appropriate resource.
? Respond to incoming calls from students and parents regarding financial aid options, application procedures, eligibility criteria, deadlines, and other related inquiries.

Qualifications: ? Experience with Microsoft Office. ? Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. ? Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions ? Must have basic math skills (word problems, percentages, multiplying fractions)

Schedule/Pay Rate:
? Monday - Friday.
? Paid Weekly.
? $15.50/hr. (During training)
? $16.00/hr. (After completion of training)
