Job Description:

Delta Airlines is currently hiring for a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated and professional team. Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

2. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.

3. Provide detailed information about our services.

4. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge.

6. Manage customer accounts, including updates and changes.
