What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Handle incoming calls on customer inquiries, order changes, and cancellations
• Utilize salesmanship to maximize sales opportunities
• Provide lighting and home d?or solutions to customers
• Prevent customer returns and ensure customer retention through negotiations
• Document customer interactions and maintain quality service standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or retail background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Computer literate with excellent typing and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask and problem solve effectively
• Availability to work Saturdays and maintain a high-speed internet connection

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Call center experience
• Additional languages spoken
• Experience in sales or upselling
