We have an immediate opening for a Chat Agent (remote). This full-time, non-exempt position professionally acknowledges and responds to emails on behalf of Better Car People, LLC? customers in a timely manner.

Duties:
?espond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages
?rovide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses.
?ngage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt
?dentify and report system errors or anomalies
?ork a set minimum number of conversations per hour
?RA above 10% will include coaching and possible termination
?perate within multiple software platforms

Education & Skills Required:
?nowledge of automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles
?ust have access to high-speed internet
?igh school diploma or GED

Work Schedule (subject to change based on department needs):

Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:0 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:0 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF).

Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF).
