Key Responsibilities
? Analyze and interpret intricate data sets to deliver valuable insights.

? Utilize industry-standard tools such as MS Power BI and ServiceNow for effective data management.

Required Skills
? Strong proficiency in data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis.
? Expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Power BI.
? Familiarity with ServiceNow (including HAM Pro, SAM Pro, and CMDB) and Splunk (preferred).
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
? Understanding of System/Software Development Lifecycle and Project Management methodologies.
? Knowledge of Finance and Procurement processes (accounts payable, depreciation, net book value, fixed assets).
? A proactive mindset towards process improvement.

Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst.
? A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
