Key Responsibilities
? Manage your own litigation caseload, overseeing cases from initiation to conclusion.
? Work closely with fellow attorneys and partners on a variety of legal initiatives.
? Regularly attend court appearances and depositions.
? Maintain communication with clients, offering timely updates and status reports.
? Ensure adherence to relevant client guidelines.

Required Skills
? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
? Comprehensive knowledge of general liability, premises liability, trucking, and transportation law.
? Familiarity with legal project management is advantageous.

Qualifications
? Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
? Licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada.
? A minimum of 3 years' experience in general liability, including exposure to premises liability, trucking, and transportation.
