Timings - Sunday to Thursday - 8:00 pm PST to 5:00 am PST

US Citizen, Green Card, TN, GC EAD and H4 EAD only No Third-party agencies corp to corp.
Job Description:
Skills:
?xperience in R/D support tools like Marimba, SCCM
?indows 7/10 administration level for troubleshooting the logs
?r similar tool to analyze the logs
?xperience in Scripting languages like PowerShell/Python
?oS domain experience
?ritical/Analytical thinking
?lexible to working during US night hours
Activities in Scope for Release & Deployment support Simphony 18.2 upgrade support activities
?ightly Deployment Validation North America/Canada Company owned stores
?onitoring of deployments using Marimba and perform remediation based on SOPs
?upport software deployments overnight
?riage failures and verify that endpoints have successfully installed the software based on compliance report before store opening on following day
?roubleshoot deployment failure issues through SOPs with by calling the stores to resolve the issue as required
?ommunicate issue resolution to release and deployment teams
?erform maintenance and system configuration support for the endpoints that are part of deployment
?elease/Deployment resources supports calling store using AWS Connect or any other tool to fix any ongoing release/deployment related issues
