What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and ensure timely hires
• Assess candidates? qualifications through behavioral-based interviews and competency evaluations
• Prepare and negotiate salary offers in partnership with HR specialists
• Maintain accurate records and track recruitment progress in the applicant tracking system

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with full life cycle recruiting and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously (20-25+)
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence hiring decisions
• Familiarity with Excel and Outlook

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in recruiting for the aerospace and defense industries
• Background in engineering or IT recruiting
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, customer service environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience coaching and guiding hiring managers on recruitment best practices
