Production Associate I ? Disassembly/Cleaning and Inspection (1st Shift)

Job Description:
Are you mechanically inclined with a keen attention to detail? Join our team as a Production Associate I and play a critical role in the teardown and inspection of high-horsepower diesel engines. This is a hands-on position where you will disassemble engines, clean components, and inspect parts to ensure quality and readiness for the next production stage.

Responsibilities: ? Disassemble diesel engines and components. ? Clean engine parts and prepare them for inspection. ? Perform quality inspections and identify non-conforming materials. ? Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. ? Maintain a clean and organized workspace. ? Collaborate with teammates and support staff to meet production goals. ? Participate in training and contribute to process improvements.

Key Skills:
? Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tasks.
? Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
? Strong attention to detail.
? Experience working with engines (preferred).
