Product Assembler (Work from Home) - Independent Contractor

As a Product Assembler (Independent Contractor), you will have the opportunity to work from home, assembling a variety of products. You will collect the required materials from our Arden Hills, MN location, complete the assembly of product paper games and sticker packages at your own residence, and return the finished products within a two-week period. This role offers piece-rate compensation, where your earnings are based on the quantity and type of products you complete. Key Responsibilities: ?ssemble products according tospecifications ?nsure all products are assembled in a smoke-free environment ?ick up and drop off assembled products at Distinctivs Party? Arden Hills, MN location (55112) ?omplete assemblies within the agreed-upon two-week timeframe ?nsure high-quality standards for all assembled products ?aintain accurate records of work completed and communicate any discrepancies in payment or completed work within the required timeframe

Payment:
?ompensation is based on the number of pieces assembled per product category
?ou will be paid within 3 business days after completing each assignment. All work must be approved by the client to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements: ?ust have access to a smoke-free workspace for assembling products ?ust have reliable transportation to pick up and drop off assembled products at our Arden Hills location ?ndependent contractor status: You are responsible for your own taxesand business-related expenses ?ust be able to lift and carry 30 pound boxes to and from your transportation

Desired Skills & Qualifications: ?rior experience in assembly work is a plus but not required ?trong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions ?elf-motivated with the ability to work independently ?ust be at least 16years of age and eligible to work in the United States ?ny required business licenses, permits, and certifications are the responsibility of the contractor

Additional Information:
?his is a flexible, part-time, remote position, allowing you to set your own schedule
?s an independent contractor, you will not receive employee benefits or tax withholdings from the client. You will be issued a 1099-MISC form for tax reporting purposes
