Responsibilities
? Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives.
? Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns.
? Provide support for any requested policy changes.
? Offer recommendations to policyholders and adjust as necessary.

Qualifications
? Must be located in South Carolina
? Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
? Over 18 years of age
? High School Graduate or GED required
? Call Center experience preferred (6 months)
