Part-Time Freelance Advertiser for Fashion Brand (Meta & Google Ads Expert)

Never A Wallflower, a contemporary women's fashion brand founded in 2015, is seeking an experienced and creative freelance advertiser to help grow sales on our branded website. Our brand is known for selling wholesale to boutiques across the U.S. and offering high-quality designs directly to our customers through our e-commerce platform. We?re looking for a results-driven individual with... expertise in both Meta advertising and Google Ads to take our online marketing efforts to the next level in 2025. Work would begin January of 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

Meta Advertising:

• Optimize and scale our existing Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns.

• Develop and execute advanced retargeting strategies to improve conversions.

• Analyze performance data and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.

Google Advertising:

• Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Google Shopping ads.

• Ensure our products appear under sponsored shopping results when searched.

• Conduct keyword research and craft compelling ad copy.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor ad performance across platforms and provide detailed monthly reports.

• Suggest and implement improvements based on campaign insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Meta advertising (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

• Familiarity with fashion or beauty brands is highly preferred.

• Ability to set up, manage, and optimize Google Shopping ads.

Strong understanding of tracking pixels, Meta Business Suite, and campaign analytics.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

• Experience with e-commerce platforms and driving online sales. (We operate our store on Shopify.)
