Overview:

Join our dynamic customer service team in a role that offers flexibility, making it ideal for stay-at-home parents, senior citizens, and students. This position involves handling general banking inquiries with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities: ?ustomer Support: Provide first-level support for general banking inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with questions regarding bank accounts, services, and basic product information. ?roblem Resolution: Address and resolve simple customer concerns and queries, directing more complex issues to the appropriate support team. ?nformation Dissemination: Clearly communicate information about the bank's products and services, ensuring customers have the latest information at their fingertips. ?eedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. ?ecord Maintenance: Accurately log all interactions in the bank? CRM system, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Skills and Qualifications: ?ducational Background: Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; further education in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields is advantageous. ?xperience: Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided. ?kills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Malaysia and English.Strong interpersonal skills with a polite and patient demeanour. Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate online tools. ?ersonal Traits:A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Flexible and adaptable, willing to work in a dynamic environment.
