Essential Functions/Responsibilities
? Manage and maintain executives? appointments and calendars.
? Handle email management and organization.
? Prepare presentations and spreadsheets.
? Manage social media accounts.
? Create structure, workflow, and processes.
? Research technologies and provide recommendations.
? Administer CRM, including updates and data entry.
? Arrange travel, including booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
? Assist with project coordination and event planning.
? Provide assistance with personal tasks as needed.

Key Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Available daily (Monday-Friday) during business hours, with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week.
? Experience in an administrative support role.
? In-home office setup, including a Mac or PC computer with a minimum 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8GB RAM, and the most recent version of MS Office installed.
? Fast and reliable internet connection.
? Smartphone with email capabilities.
? Designated professional, quiet workspace.

Additional Information
? This is a 1099 contractor role.
? Pay range is (18 - )21 per hour, based on experience and skillset, with payments made once per month based on contracted hours.
? Hours and clients are not guaranteed.
? All applicants may be subject to a background check before an offer of employment or contract is issued.
