What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to offer, explain, and schedule free healthcare evaluations
? Follow approved scripts and ensure members understand and are comfortable with the terms
? Meet daily productivity goals, including outbound dials and appointments set
? Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with members and contracted providers as needed
? Monitor performance results and report member complaints to management

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience
? Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple systems simultaneously while making calls
? Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule, including start, breaks, lunch, and end times
? Good communication skills with a friendly and conversational demeanor
? Proficiency in the English language

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous outbound call center or high volume experience in a metrics-driven environment
? Experience using an auto dialer and/or following scripts
? A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
? Persuasive skills with the ability to handle rebuttals professionally
? Desire to work in an efficient, results-oriented environment
