Key Responsibilities
? Deliver personalized online instruction to meet the unique needs of students with exceptional needs.
? Develop and implement virtual IEPs and behavior support plans tailored to individual student requirements.
? Customize curriculum and design accessible digital learning materials to cater to diverse learning needs.
? Conduct online assessments and monitor student progress to ensure effective learning outcomes.
? Collaborate effectively with families and school staff to enhance student success and address concerns.
? Facilitate virtual IEP meetings and parent conferences to discuss student progress and set goals.
? Remain informed about the latest special education laws and best practices in online instruction to continuously enhance teaching methods.

Qualifications
? Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
? Valid teaching license with an endorsement in exceptional children's education.
? A minimum of 3 years of experience in special education.
? Proficient in using digital learning tools and assistive technology.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to create engaging and effective online learning experiences.
? Demonstrated qualities of patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
