Job Description

Requirements
? Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

? Proficiency with computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly
? Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace

Responsibilities
? Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, and policies
? Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights
? Resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
? Maintain a thorough understanding of South Airlines products and services
? Document interactions and follow-up on customer inquiries as needed
? Meet performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency
