Key Responsibilities:
? Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
? Resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and understanding
? Provide accurate information about products and services
? Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
? Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
? Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and chat performance metrics
Requirements:
? 0-2 years of customer service experience (chat experience a plus)
? High school diploma or equivalent required
? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
? Basic knowledge of computer software and technology
? Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience with chat software and technology
? Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
? Certification in customer service (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
? Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
