What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Partner with the Product Owner and key stakeholders to ensure transparency in product delivery progress
• Lead the scrum team to enhance collaboration and promote healthy interactions
• Provide mentorship to Junior Scrum Masters and serve as an Agile Coach for teams
• Champion the use of metrics and objective measures within the team
• Conduct daily follow-ups with team members to ensure goals are met

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Proven experience implementing agile techniques in diverse work cultures
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Certification as a Scrum Master or higher; scaled Agile certification is highly desirable

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience leading product-based delivery teams in a scaled Agile organization
• Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching within agile frameworks
