The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately transcribing medical reports into our electronic medical record system, contributing to the efficient management of patient information and healthcare... workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Transcribe medical reports and documentation accurately into the electronic medical record system.

• Interpret and transcribe medical terminology, diagnoses, procedures, and medications with precision.

• Review transcribed documents for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to clarify dictations and resolve any discrepancies.

• Prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.

• Update and maintain electronic medical records with transcribed reports in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Medical Transcriber or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or technology-related setting.

• In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.

• Proficiency in using transcription software and electronic medical record systems.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and listening skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Certification in Medical Transcription or related field is a plus.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Certification in Medical Transcription is preferred.

• Additional training in healthcare administration or technology is a plus.
