? Base Salary: ?35,000 - ?40,000 + ?24,000 OTE

The Opportunity:

We?re partnering with a leading Medical Device company to recruit high-achieving salespeople to drive business growth across NHS and private hospitals. In this field-based role, you?ll be selling innovative medical solutions, with a special focus on vascular access products, into operating theatres and critical care departments.

You?ll be responsible for:
? Managing a territory and developing a robust sales strategy.
? Driving new business development and delivering/exceeding sales targets.
? Building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.

The Ideal Candidate:

You have at least 18 months of B2B field sales experience with a proven track record of new business development. You?re proactive, results-driven, and possess a natural ability to identify and secure new opportunities.

? A proven ability to hunt for new business and drive sales growth.
? A strong desire to succeed and a passion for exceeding targets.
? Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
? A full UK driving license and residency within the territory.
? A strategic mindset with the ability to plan and execute a territory growth plan.
