What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Facilitate communication functions within the agency office and provide clerical support
• Create and update spreadsheets using Excel for tracking orders
• Assist with order management by comparing incoming orders with outstanding orders
• Document all responses related to patient interactions, including necessary changes
• Answer multi-line phones and manage daily communications with order management

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 1 year of general office experience
• Experience using Home Care Home Base and knowledge of medical terminology
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to type 40 to 50 words per minute
• Reliable transportation and a high school diploma

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in customer service over the phone
• Familiarity with creating and managing reports, agendas, and schedules
