Responsibilities
? Engage with customers through live chat, addressing inquiries and providing information about programs and services
? Draft and manage marketing communications across various platforms, including social media and email
? Create appealing content for promotional materials, newsletters, and blog posts
? Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns
? Monitor and respond to online reviews and social media interactions
? Analyze engagement metrics to optimize communication strategies
? Provide feedback and insights to improve customer experience
? Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
? Proven experience in marketing communications or... customer support
? Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
? Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
? Ability to evolve and adapt communication styles to match diverse audiences
? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
? Must have a quiet space to work remotely and reliable internet access
? 3+ years active savings/checkings bank account is a MUST
