Responsibilities
? Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a professional and courteous interaction.
? Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting issues, and order management.
? Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
? Document customer interactions, issues, and feedback to help improve service delivery.
? Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex inquiries.
? Stay updated on product offerings, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
? Identify opportunities for process improvement based on customer interactions.

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service preferred.
? Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a live chat or online environment.
? Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
? Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools.
? Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to assist customers.
? Familiarity with Balian Springs' products and services is a plus.
