As part of our team, you'll collaborate with fellow mental health professionals who specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals in skilled nursing facilities. We foster a supportive and collaborative culture, guided by hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities
? Conduct diagnostic evaluations, diagnoses, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consultations, both in-person and remotely.
? Complete documentation efficiently using our electronic medical record (EMR) system (Athena I).
? Adhere to agency policies and procedures.

Job Types
? Full-time and part-time positions available, including W2 and independent contractor opportunities.
? Onsite, remote, and hybrid options are all available.

Requirements
? A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, along with Washington licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
? NPI (National Provider Identifier).
? Professional liability insurance.
? Credentialing with Medicaid/Medicare is a plus!
? Some facilities may require up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions.
? A TB test is required.
? CPR/AED/First Aid certification.

Skills
? Basic computer proficiency.
? Excellent written communication abilities.
? Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
? Ability to stay flexible and organized, even in stressful situations.
? Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
