What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Manage the flow of oil, natural gas, and other fossil fuel materials through pipelines
• Monitor pump instruments and flow regulation, conducting routine inspections and maintenance
• Operate pipeline and plant equipment, including steam compressors and gas measurement equipment
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate record-keeping
• Supervise contract labor involved in plant maintenance activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 4 years of board operator experience
• Must live within one hour of the Mobile area
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Knowledge of operation, control, and design of processing or fractionation plant systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Technical certification or equivalent training in a mechanical or energy-related field
• Experience working in confined spaces and with industrial equipment
• Familiarity with Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements
