What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Provide executive assistant support, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings
? Conduct regular client interfacing via phone and video conference
? Manage email communications, ensuring organization and timely responses
? Prepare materials such as presentations, expense reports, and documents
? Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing plans

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum 2+ years of experience in managing multiple clients, accounts, and projects
? Proven experience in complex calendar and email management
? Strong skills in travel arrangement and expense report compilation
? Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment and manage deadlines
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common online software and tools

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Bachelor's degree preferred
? Experience with CRM software and project management platforms
? Familiarity with both Mac and PC operating systems
? Proficiency in Google Suite and other productivity tools
