Junior Forms Data Entry

Overview

We are looking for an detail-oriented, organized, and enthusiastic junior forms data specialist to join our experienced team. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer and assist with all functions of data mapping PDF forms. Your primary focus will be to learn... the forms editor and respond to requests from internal technical team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

? Learn new technology quickly.

? Work collaboratively in a team environment.

? Day to day activities will consist of analyzing client specs for data driven PDF forms and mapping applicable data.

? Perform regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Required Qualifications

We are looking for someone who can:

? Serve on team and work independently to design/redesign data mapping.

? Analyze and map various PDF forms.

? Utilize proprietary data for auto-populating data.

? Attention to detail and spatial relation expertise.

? Work closely with and responding to internal team requests.

? Associates degree or equivalent experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

? Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro or like application.

? Advanced reasoning and decision-making skills.

? Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.

? Ability to learn new software/technologies quickly.

? Ability to work in a team environment.
