What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Provide in-person and remote customer service, tracking work through a ticketing system
• Address technical support requests promptly to ensure satisfactory resolutions
• Set up and deploy computer systems and desktop technology for employees
• Assist in organizing and streamlining processes within the technology department
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
• At least six months to one year of combined training and experience in technology support
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
• Reliable, responsible, and capable of managing deadlines and commitments
• Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively to solve challenges

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with MacOS, Zoom, Jamf MDM, Okta, Google Apps, and Gitlab
