About the Role

The HR Manager shared services is responsible for ensuring timely payroll administration, provide administrative support, benefits administration, and other ad hoc Human Resource projects in accordance with the Company? People policies for UK associates.

Responsibilities
?ayroll management and administration for UK (Dashboard, Incidences, Taxes, Payroll vendor management, Vendors service agreement)
?enefits
?iring and terminations
?ank management
?everance calculations
?RMS Management, headcount reports
?ersonnel File Management, ensuring FCPA & Compliance
?rganizational development support in reporting, researching, etc.
?earch to identify Best Practices in the Market and communicate and share within HR partners.
?dministrative work (entity management, maintain organization charts, schedule training, calendar management, event coordination, etc.)

Qualifications
?achelor? degree in Administration, Accounting and Finance or related field
?revious Experience in human resources
?nalytical, numerical and planning skills, effective communication, work with cross functional teams
