We are seeking a property manager to manage our rental properties with airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and several other vacation rental platforms. We have grown 500% in last 2 years. Responsibilities: ? Oversee total of 1 Hotel & 18 vacation rentals & in 4 buildings in the St Louis city central west end area. ? Handle all text messages and in-app inquiries and respond within a few minutes of inquiry. Delight every customer and strive for 5 star rating after each stay. ? Schedule all cleaners and maintain high standards for room cleans. Work closely with cleaning crew to make sure each turn is sparkling clean. ? Manage supplies for Hotel and all Airbnbs. ? Daily walk through on all units to ensure cleans are done correctly before guest checks-in. ? Review guest reviews and experiences to discover ways to improve. Drive each property rating to 4.8 ratings. ? Schedule & coordinate maintenance issues with dedicated handyman. ? Be available to guests to help answer questions after hours and deal with maintenance emergencies. You can choose a day during the week to be off. ? Be a leader for the team and ensure everyone on the team is feels appreciated & valued.

Qualifications: ? Excellent Customer Skills ? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ? Ability to work independently ? Must have 5 years of experience in Airbnb. Hotel experience is plus.
