What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Promote and grow MasterBrand sales in Home Depot stores within designated territory
• Train and mentor new in-store designers
• Build relationships and generate sales from existing designers
• Assist designers in closing store sales
• Manage sales visits to each store in the territory

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Outgoing and driven personality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Sales background and skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or related field
• Kitchen design experience
• Experience with 20/20 software
• Knowledge of the cabinet industry
• Experience with large home centers
