Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled **French Language Expert** to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French, with a strong grasp of both written and spoken language, and possess experience working in translation, customer support, or a related field. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently, ensuring the highest quality in translation and language-related tasks.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide translation services from French to English and vice versa, maintaining accuracy and clarity.

• Conduct language support and interpretive services for internal and external communications.

• Assist in document localization, proofreading, and editing to meet cultural and linguistic nuances.

• Deliver outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and language requirements.

### **Qualifications:**

• **Language Proficiency:** Native or near-native fluency in French and excellent command of English.

• **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience as a French language expert, translator, interpreter, or similar role.

• **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with translation software/tools is a plus.

• **Communication:** Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

• **Interpersonal Skills:** Ability to work well with diverse teams and clients from various backgrounds.

• **Attention to Detail:** Strong attention to detail in translation, grammar, and cultural appropriateness.
