What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Develop and maintain strategic forecast and capacity planning models for workforce planning and budgeting
? Collaborate with various departments to create cost-effective staff plans that meet business objectives
? Conduct root cause and scenario analyses to assist in strategic and tactical planning initiatives
? Analyze historical data and trends to enhance forecasting models
? Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? 3+ years of experience in developing complex analytical models using Excel, Python, R, or similar tools
? 2+ years of experience in strategic workforce planning and statistical modeling
? 2+ years of experience in SQL with the ability to construct complex queries for data analysis
? 2+ years of experience using Tableau or Power BI
? Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Demonstrated project management skills
? Experience in the healthcare industry
? Academic or industry experience in supply chain optimization, data science, machine learning, or operations research
? Experience in forecasting and capacity modeling
? ETL experience
