About Our Client

I am currently partnered with a Global, Publicly Traded, Multi-Billion Dollar Manufacturer who is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst/Specialist to join their Finance Team at their North America HQ location. This role will play a critical part in driving the financial success of various business units by analyzing KPIs, providing insights on trends, and supporting leadership with strategic decision-making. This person will be responsible for consolidating data, conducting financial analyses, and ensuring the alignment of business unit performance with corporate goals.

Job Description
?ollect, consolidate, and interpret financial data from multiple business units to support performance evaluation and reporting.
?nalyze actuals, forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, highlighting any key trends or variances that impact the overall business.
?ollaborate on cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing business performance, such as competitor benchmarking, cost analysis, and working capital management.
?evelop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
?onitor the progress of key business initiatives, providing assessments of risks, opportunities, and sensitivities.
?enchmark internal business units against external competitors to identify areas for improvement and competitive advantages.
?artner with leadership to provide data-driven recommendations and insights to improve financial performance.
?ead or participate in special projects, including business process improvement, M&A analysis, and financial benchmarking studies.
?ollaborate closely with departments such as Tax, Treasury, HR, and Corporate Strategy to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting.
?ork closely with corporate finance to ensure alignment of business unit performance with company-wide financial objectives.

The Successful Applicant
?achelor's degree in Finance, Accounting; CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
?-5 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or management reporting roles within the Manufacturing Industry.
?trong understanding of financial reporting standards, budgeting processes, and KPI analysis.
?orking in SAP ERP System is a requirement for this role
?roficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and the use of reporting tools.
?emonstrated ability to manage large datasets and provide meaningful insights from complex data.
?trong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
?xcellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
?bility to work both independently and within a team, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
?trong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
