Job Title:

Remote Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. ? Resolve issues related to shipments, deliveries, and returns. ? Provide accurate information regarding FedEx services and policies. ? Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. ? Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. ? Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor?s degree preferred. ? Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. ? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ? Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Preferred Qualifications: ? Previous experience with FedEx systems and processes. ? Experience in logistics or transportation industry. ? Multilingual abilities are a plus.
