Job Summary: As the Facilities Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities, creating a comfortable and safe environment for guests and staff. You will lead a team of technicians, overseeing maintenance, repairs, and improvements to guarantee the highest standards in facility functionality and appearance. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities:

? Supervise, mentor, and lead facilities technicians.

? Coordinate work schedules, assignments, and training.

? Conduct routine inspections and address maintenance needs.

? Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and system repairs.

? Manage preventive maintenance programs.

? Plan and execute facility improvement projects.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project completion.

? Implement and enforce safety protocols.

? Conduct regular safety audits and address issues.

? Coordinate with external contractors and service providers.

? Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts.

? Assist in developing and managing the facilities budget.

? Identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications

Qualifications: ? Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or related field. ? Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role. ?
