What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Lead the end-to-end project management for GlobalView implementations in multiple EU countries
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery
• Support clients and vendors in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues impacting project success

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Strong experience with GlobalView implementations in EU countries, particularly Italy, Switzerland, Hungary, and Poland
• Senior profile capable of joining ongoing projects with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of GlobalView payroll processes, regulations, and compliance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Must be based in Europe and able to travel for go-live support

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Proficiency in the Italian language
