We are seeking a motivated individual with leadership potential to join our team. We believe in promoting from within, which is why all new team members start in our entry-level role focused on direct marketing and team development. In this position, you will manage marketing campaigns for our clients, emphasizing face-to-face outside marketing, sales, and promotional activities. Our unique approach to direct marketing in a field and outside sales setting consistently exceeds client sales goals and enhances brand recognition and customer support daily. This role offers opportunities for uncapped commission paid weekly.

Responsibilities: ? Engage with potential consumers daily, educating them about current promotions in the field ? Accurately assess and qualify leads in the field ? Maintain and drive marketing and sales campaigns within the local area ? Troubleshoot issues and deliver excellent customer service to existing clients ? Attend weekly team meetings to stay updated on campaign and promotion changes ? Track personal and team marketing and sales goals ? Learn all promotional materials
