Responsibilities: ? Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates ? Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s) ? Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements ? Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials ? Call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers ? Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements: ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates ? Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone ? Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset ? Effective negotiation skills ? A degree is preferred but not required ? Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements
