Entry-Level Live Chat Support Specialist
Job Overview:
We?re on the lookout for enthusiastic Entry-Level Live Chat Support Specialists who will serve as the main point of contact for customer and member inquiries. In this role, you?ll be the face of our company, providing top-notch customer service by promptly responding to incoming chat requests and emails. Your primary responsibilities include deciphering information from requestors... and delivering accurate and timely responses.
Key Details:
Contract Length: Open-ended.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
Ability to access social media and website chat functions using a phone, tablet, or laptop.
Independent work capabilities.
Proficiency in following provided guidelines and instructions.
Reliable internet connection.
