We are currently recruiting I.T Field Engineers to work at various sites around Bath. NO experience is necessary as comprehensive training can be provided.

About You:
? Regardless of experience, the most important element to any candidate is genuine passion for I.T & a willingness to learn new skills.
? The roll of an I.T Field Engineer is field based and will often require you to travel to various sites, so it is imperative you have a valid driving licence, have your own vehicle and have a flexible approach towards travelling to a variety of locations.
? Practical skills such as DIY experience would be highly beneficial.
? Ex-Military- Desirable.

Main Responsibilities of the IT Field Engineers:
? Attending customer site to install/ resolve IT equipment.
? Working closely with the IT support... desk to feedback on support calls and ongoing issues.
? Liaising with account managers and updating customers with the progress and resolution of issues
