Entry Level Customer Service Representative

Job Description Royal Connections is a locally owned business aimed at creating memorable and profitable brand marketing campaigns for our clients in the local area. Our tailored, hands on approach, coupled with our team's diverse backgrounds, has been the catalyst of our success. Currently, Royal Connections has a full time position available for an Entry Level Customer Service Representative. The Entry Level Customer Relations Representative will be based out of our office. We believe in providing everyone with an opportunity to learn, expand their professional skills, and have fun doing it! We are looking for an Entry Level Customer Relations Representative to support our Senior Customer Relations Managers oversee the successful launches of our clients brand initiatives in the local area. Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: * Execute promotional brand campaigns with fellow Entry Level Customer Service Representatives to aid in developing an engaging brand identity for our clients within the community * Create excitement around our clients brands and create brand recognition throughout the community * Give quick presentations to potential customers with the goal of promoting our clients brand and increasing profit margins * Track and manage all sales, questions, and concerns * Suggest ways to expand our clients community relations and outreach efforts * Stay in compliance with all company and client standards * Follow all of our client and company guidelines * Work with fellow Customer Service Trainees to oversee the day to day operations of an assigned event Entry Level Customer Service Representative Preferred Skills: * Background in the hospitality, customer service or service industry is preferred * The ability to problem solve and think critically is a must * Experience in client or brand management * Comfortable with presenting to both large and small groups people * Extremely effective communication skills and a natural ability to connect witty people * A strong desire to work in marketing, business development or brand management * A passion for helping others and giving back to the community Entry Level Customer Service Representative Requirements * Must be able to work full-time hours * Must be able to work in-office and at our events * Must be able to travel locally * Must be a team player
