Entry Level Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst Junior/mid level Needed to become an integral part of our team! You will analyze data to understand business and market trends in order to increase company revenue and efficiency.

Responsibilities: ? Performed GAP Analysis of business rules, business and system process flows, user administration, and requirements. ? Conducting JAD Sessions to resolve open issues, change requests so that the application meets the business requirements and deadlines. ? Interacted with the end-users of the application and setting up sessions with them to monitor their existing application usage and process flow ? Coordinated with other analyst teams, key business management and senior management in keeping abreast of key industry and regulatory developments. ? Responsible for Business, Functional, Requirements for the customization and integration of the application. ? Conducted JAD Sessions, interviewed Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) and stakeholders, asking detailed functionality aspects of business process. ? Analyzed project scope, gather requirements, writes business and functional specifications, create user documentation. ? Experience working on State Healthcare projects is a plus.

Qualifications: ? Previous experience in business intelligence, analysis, or another related field ? Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting ? Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills ? Strong attention to detail ? Ability to prioritize and multitask ? Minimum Bachelors ? Candidates need to be open for relocation.
