What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Distributor Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets
? Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and increase sales
? Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and provide competitive intelligence
? Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers within the territory
? Train customers on product usage and manage sales budget for the assigned territory

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience, preferably in manufacturing
? Minimum of 5 years' experience in outside sales
? Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
? Valid driver's license with no major driving violations
? Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous working knowledge of ShareCRM
? Experience in contract negotiations
